Cellroti.com goes live
After months of effort from the YIPLand Digitainment team, Cellroti finally has gone live in beta version on Feb 28, 2010. YIPL takes pride in being associated with Digitainment from the very begining to come up with this portal that is aimed at promoting nepali digital music over the internet.
The portal aims to be a dominant player over internet with regard to nepali music in the long run. Equipped with features like artist blogs, interviews, individual playlist, songs preview, artist pages, CRBT downloads, among athers the website is more than a repositary of digital music and CRBTs. It is aimed at creating a virtual network of nepali music lovers residing in different parts of the globle. Cellroti allows users to create account and avail wide range of services including creation of customized playlist, reviewing or commenting on different content, adding different content as their favourites, etc.
Our strategy is to make continious improvement and enhancement to the website such that it marks it' presence at a global level from both technical and content point of view. Complimenting the technical side of the portal, there is a dedicated team working in full gears at Digitainment to bring in relevant content (news, events, songs, releases, artist info, etc) on a regular basis.
The site was built using Drupal taking advantage of strong array of contributed and core modules. At the same time, developers at YIPL were also involved in writing significant modules from scratch. As such YIPL has learned a lot from this project and has not only added yet another project in our portfolio but also have been able to add another milestone in drupal development.
We would be grateful if you could visit the website www.cellroti.com and provide us your valuable feedback and suggestion to make it better. Our team is contstantly working towards analyzing your feedback and suggestions to be included in the full release of the website soon.
