YoungInnovations Pvt. Ltd. (YIPL) is a privately held Nepali company specializing in website development. The company is based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The company also provides Drupal Content Management System or CMS based consulting and Custom Drupal based designing and development services. It's manual ''Drupal How To for Beginners'' was reviewed by popular site CMSWIRE [ http://cmswire.com ] calling it ‘Goldilocks Teaches Drupal’. The Manual has been downloaded more than 400 times.
YIPL was co-founded by seven young people determined to do something to develop their own entrepreneurship skills and lead initiatives for social changes in mid 2007. As first project, YIPL launched blog titled Young, Innovative and Creative: http://www.bignepal.com/blog in November, 2006 with aim to encourage young people of Nepal to blog out their expressions/feelings. YIPL also has launched Nepali Lyrics site, http://www.hamrolyrics.com on February 14, 2007 as there were very few Nepali lyrics site and the available Nepali lyrics site were either non-user friendly or outdated.
YIPL has served many clients in it's short period including Saathi Sanga Manka Kura and Kamka Kura's homepage http://www.ssmk.org, Namaskar Restaurant based on London http://namaskar.co.uk, Collective Initiative for Research and Action (CIRA)- an NGO http://cira.org.np and many more. As it's own project, it has also launched its political internet forum site named http://www.nepalipolitics.com.
