Geshan Manandhar

Geshan Manandhar is a Master in Information Systems Development (MISD) graduate from HAN University, Arnhem, The Netherlands. He is interested in programming and learning new things. Working as a PHP developer for the past 2 and half years+, he aims to be a business analyst and software project manager. 
  
Attracted to code, data modeling, information analysis, business intelligence, system architecture and design he wishes to adhere the “Design Develop and Deliver” philosophy of YIPL to the maximum.  Experienced in PHP applications like Codeigniter and Drupal, he can be termed a seasoned developer who is able to juggle more than one task at any given time.  He also exibits good skills in verbalizing requirements and designing robust data models.
  
With a firm belief in life long learning he's inclined towards listening to music and podcasts, photography and sports like cricket and table tennis. Having an uncanny knack for blogging, he even likes to mentor. He finds instructing and assisting newcomers/interns at YIPL fulfilling. Being involved in social web, he highly supports Web 2.0.
  
As a competent project leader and helpful team player, Geshan believes in agile development and innovation in all the things he does and is assigned to.
