From Static to Scalable: WordPress Redevelopment of Prepr

THE CHALLENGE
Prepr is a Canadian nonprofit focused on experiential learning and open innovation, offering a wide range of programs, tools, and digital content to learners and organizations around the world. With a website consisting of over 150 individual pages, Prepr’s digital platform required a robust, scalable, and maintainable backend to support content delivery, lead generation, and user engagement. However, the existing platform’s infrastructure was limiting both performance and agility. While the visual design was already in place, the technical implementation needed to be completely overhauled to enhance maintainability, support rapid updates, and streamline user flows. Additionally, the organization required the development of a custom calculator feature to help users identify relevant Prepr offerings, and a lead capture mechanism through HubSpot integration.
THE SOLUTION
Our role focused on the full redevelopment of the Prepr website, with a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, and administrative ease, all delivered within a one-month timeline. Leveraging our deep expertise in WordPress, we translated the existing design into a clean, modular, and highly optimized codebase that could support Prepr’s large content library and complex user journeys.
We also built a custom "Select a Calculator" tool, designed to guide users through program and solution discovery in an interactive way. On top of that, we integrated HubSpot forms across key conversion points to streamline lead generation and funnel visitors into Prepr’s CRM system.
Despite the large scope of content and technical features, we successfully deployed the site on time, offering Prepr a powerful, maintainable, and user-friendly digital platform that supports their mission of enabling learning, innovation, and collaboration on a global scale.
