Telling Stories of Change: Reimagining CARE Nepal’s Online Platform
THE CHALLENGE
As one of Nepal’s most prominent humanitarian and development organizations, CARE Nepal needed a digital presence that effectively communicated its impact, mission, and scale of work across diverse thematic areas and geographies. However, the previous website did not reflect CARE Nepal’s organizational maturity or the breadth of its ongoing programs. The site suffered from outdated visuals, a cluttered structure, and limited flexibility, making it difficult for users namely donors, partners, and the general public, to navigate or engage meaningfully. It also lacked the storytelling power to highlight real human impact and needed to better align with CARE’s global brand and values. CARE Nepal required a modern, accessible, and scalable platform to represent its work, amplify its voice, and strengthen transparency.
THE SOLUTION
We partnered with CARE Nepal to redesign and redevelop their website from the ground up, building a platform that’s not only visually aligned with CARE’s global brand but also deeply focused on clarity, accessibility, and storytelling. The new site features a clean, intuitive design system that elevates CARE Nepal’s programs, partners, impact stories, and knowledge resources.
We restructured the site architecture to enable audience-specific user journeys—whether for potential donors, media, government stakeholders, or beneficiaries. Flexible content templates allow the CARE team to publish updates, success stories, job vacancies, and publications without relying on developers. With a mobile-first approach and optimized performance, the site is now more accessible, easier to navigate, and better equipped to grow with the organization’s evolving needs.
The result is a vibrant, mission-driven platform that supports CARE Nepal’s advocacy, transparency, and programmatic storytelling—bringing its humanitarian efforts closer to the people it serves and those who support them.
